This entertainment marketing group promises to make entertainment easy again!
For those of you who aren't familiar, our last show was #OreoFest at the end of 2015. We booked great talent (Metro Boomin – had a surprise performance by Lil Durk – Towkio – Rockie Fresh to name a few), had visits from some of Chicago’s finest (Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, Rockie Fresh, Katie Got Bandz), and produced a high-energy live music show.
During the process, we learned the Chicago concert scene – the Chicago Hip Hop scene in general, is full of greed, treachery, and has plenty of snakes in the grass.
Instead of continuing down the same path of allowing those in charge influence and steer our company in a direction they wanted, we opted to take a second to step back and evaluate our company for the future. The long haul. Something most people don’t take the time to do.
People don’t take the time to ask some key questions. Who are we? What do we do now? What will we do in the future? Who do we want to work with? Who should be on this team? Do we want to own and control 100% of the company and events we manage?
So…to answer the question: Where have we been?
We’ve been building an entertainment marketing group we’d want to be a part of for the rest of our lives.
We’ve been exploring. Growing. Branding. Building our team. Creating memories. Living.
We’ve been doing something most people – or at least people in this generation – no longer do: We’ve been taking our time. Taking our time to build a better concert production and promotion group. An entertainment marketing company that provides for its customers and fans in ways you’d never imagine.
The only thing I can say about our future is…we will touch all of these areas. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but understand: This is a lifestyle for us. This is a lifestyle for me. It could happen 5 years from now…
…But one thing we can promise is: It’ll happen.
We have the knowledge, the drive, the belief, and the character.
Until then…stay tuned.
